Shipping Shipping
Based on availability of the items you selected, BodybyVenus will make every reasonable attempt to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it. Occasionally we have items that are out of stock in a particular size or color and we can usually backorder that item for you. We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail, with delivery confirmation, which usually takes between 4-6 business days. If you need an expedited order, you can select "Priority Mail" and that will have your order shipped within 2-3 business days. This service is only available if you place your order before 2:30 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time) Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and holidays. The charge for a Priority order is $15.95.
If you have some special reason and need your order sent overnight, we are happy to offer that service for you; assuming we have availability of the item you selected. You will be notified right away by email if we are unable to complete this service. Your order would be guaranteed to arrive the next business day, if you place your order before 2:30 p.m. PST(Pacific Standard Time) Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. The cost for overnight is $25.95. BodyByvenus.com is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages, or packages not delivered due to complications or errors of any kind by the USPS (United States Postal Service). This is out of our control and therefore we cannot assume responsibility. We are not responsible for fees incurred due to declined or refused orders. BodyByVenus.com will charge the customer the additional shipping charges incurred from the USPS, should the customer not provide accurate shipping information (ie: missing Apt #, missing Zip code digit, missing Rd, Dr,St, Ave etc.) Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of an order being placed and must be before the order has shipped. International Shipping International orders are shipped at a rate beginning at $26.95 and up, based on weight and destination. We use the United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail® with a mandatory signature required and an average delivery time of 6-10 days to the customs office. BodyByVenus.com is not responsible for the duration customs holds orders beyond 6-10 days. All orders must go through customs in the country of destination for an unknown period of time.

We try to offer our customers the largest selection possible. We do our best to keep our items in stock, but from time to time items become unavailable or discontinued, therefore we can't always guarantee availability of all products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is back ordered, we will notify you via email. This service is not available for any Overnight Express or Priority orders since there is not sufficient time to complete changes prior to expedited shipping. We reserve the right to fill the order with another color should a color be out of stock, or a similar item if no response is given from customer when order is ready to be shipped.
Sales Tax Policy
Due to state law, BodybyVenus must add 7.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to California addresses. No state sales tax is added for addresses outside of California.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can safely and securely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Return and Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your item(s) you may return it for a refund or an exchange (minus shipping & restocking fee) within 7 days of receiving your order. Please read details below carefully.
Return Policy - Returns must be accompanied by an RA (Return Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting customer service or email at : contactus@bodybyvenus.com. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Only items that meet the return policy will be issued an RA#.
- Returns must be unworn and in their original packaging and have all tags and garments still attached. Items must be in original condition in which they were received. Items will be declined for return if tags or attached items have been removed or missing, or the item is damaged in any way.
- Returns must be received and postmarked within 7days of delivery receipt.
- Unworn returns not following return policy may be issued store credit as determined by BodyByvenus.com.
- Costumes/and costume accessories are considered a special occasion (seasonal) item and are not refundable. Costumes can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of receipt; if we have the size in our inventory.
Please make your selection carefully when choosing these items. A size chart link is located on every item page for your convenience. If you feel you need help with sizes, please contact our customer service department prior to placing your order and we will be happy to assist you.
- Due to strict government health regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any oils or lotions, novelty items, hosiery, panties or any intimate item that covers the crotch including but not limited to, lingerie sets that have panties of any kind.
- Shoes may only be exchanged for a different size, assuming they are in original packaging and show no marks from wearing on rough surface.
- Shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable.
- All returned and exchanged items are subject to a 15% restocking fee per item.
- Please note it is the sender's responsibility to ensure the goods arrive safely. We recommend returns be sent insured and with delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for items that may be lost or damaged during this transition.
- Orders that are returned due to an incorrect address provided, or notice left but not picked-up will be canceled and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If an order is re-sent for delivery, the standard shipping charges will apply each time the order is shipped.
- The return process may take up to 15 business days to appear on the original credit card used.
Sale or Discounted items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If these items are returned they will be sent back to you at your expense. All returns are subject to the sole discretion of BodybyVenus.com and supersede the terms and conditions herein.
Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel an order please note that cancellations are only allowed before the order has shipped which is within 24 hrs of submitting the order. All cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If an order is refused at the time of delivery the customer is responsible for the item should it be lost by the USPS and any additional fees charged for returning the item to BodyByVenus.
